Rude: (rood) rud-er, rudest. Adj. 1. Offensive in manner or actions; not polite or courteous; ill-mannered; uncivil: a rude reply, a rude child/adult. [Latin rudis tough, wild, unskilled.]—rude’ly, adv. —rude’ness.
When you are rude to another individual it shows your lack of manners, have no doubt about that. Often when you act rude towards someone in an offensive manner it demonstrates how uncivil and rude you can be. Students can be rude to teachers, children to parents, peers to other peers, as well as teachers to students.
Sometimes you may be having a bad day but that gives you no right to treat others rudely. When you want respect given you should give respect back, Treat the others the way you want to be treated.
Educate yourself as much as you can and show respect to others. Do not be rude, because what goes around sure comes back around.
